Customer FAQs

1. Remote control malfunction or unable to control

Possible causes: 1) The remote control battery is low. 2) The remote control is not correctly paired with the unit. 3) There is signal interference or remote control damage.

Solutions: 1) Replace the remote control battery and ensure the indicator light is on. 2) Re-pairing: Turn off the power for 30 seconds, turn it back on, and within three seconds, press and hold the “Up” and “Down” buttons simultaneously until a beep is heard. 3) If pairing fails, contact after-sales service to replace the remote control.

2. The rack fails to lift or lower

Possible causes: 1) The power is not connected or the wiring is loose. 2) The steel wire rope is jammed or the scissor frame is improperly installed. 3) The Obstacle Detection function is enabled (e.g., drying rods not installed or insufficient load).

Solutions: 1) Check the power supply and listen for a startup beep from the unit. 2) Adjust the anchor's tightness to ensure the steel wire rope is vertical without tangling. 3) Install the drying rods and hang clothes evenly (avoid unbalanced loading). Manually test the steel wire rope by gently pulling it.

3. Light not working or flickering

Possible causes: 1) The LED panel or driver wire is loose. 2) The neutral and live wires are reversed, causing dim lighting. 3) The light button on the remote control malfunctions.

Solutions: 1) Check if the LED panel and driver wire are secured. 2) Reverse the live and neutral wires, or ask an electrician to check the circuit. 3) Replace the remote control or contact the manufacturer to send an LED panel/driver replacement.

4. Excessive noise or slow movement of the unit

Possible causes: 1) The motor bearing is aging or the drive components are worn. 2) Overloading (exceeding the 35 kg weight limit). 3) Insufficient lubrication of the steel wire rope.

Solutions: 1) Avoid hanging excessively heavy clothes and distribute weight evenly. 2) Contact after-sales service for motor inspection or replace the drive components. 3) Regularly apply lubricant on the steel wire rope.
