Customer FAQs

1. Shower enclosure leakage

Possible causes: 1) Waterproof seal aging or improper installation. 2) Poor caulk sealing (especially where the glass meets the tray or wall). 3) Drainpipe blockage or loose connection. 4) Improperly embedded water stopper (e.g., installed after tiling, leaving large gaps). Solutions: 1) Check sealing: Re-apply caulk (preferably neutral caulk), clean the old caulk, and apply evenly. 2) Drain clearance: Use a pipe drain cleaner to clear the drainpipe and ensure a reasonable drainage slope. 3) Reposition the water stopper: If the water stopper is improperly embedded, remove the tiles and re-install the water stopper with proper waterproofing. 4) Daily maintenance: Regularly check the status of the seal and caulk and replace aging components in time.

2. The sliding door does not move smoothly

Possible causes: 1) Damaged rollers or deformed track. 2) Loose rollers or misaligned eccentric wheels. 3) Foreign objects stuck in the track. 4) Improper leveling during installation leading to friction.

Solutions: 1) Cleaning and maintenance: Remove debris from the track and apply lubricant regularly (e.g., silicone grease). 2) Adjustment of rollers: Tighten any loose rollers and realign the eccentric wheel for smooth motion. Replacement of components: If the rollers or track is damaged, directly replace with new ones.

3. Door misalignment (Top or bottom gap)

Possible causes: 1) The door is not installed vertically or is out of parallel alignment. 2) The base or rollers are improperly adjusted. 3) Incorrect hole spacing on the glass panel leads to door frame misalignment.

Solutions: 1) Level the door frame: Use the base screws or eccentric wheels to correct vertical and parallel alignment. 2) Check installation: Re-secure the glass, ensuring consistent hole spacing at the top and bottom.

4. Water accumulation or slow drainage in the tray

Possible causes: 1) Drainpipe blockage (hair or dirt build-up). 2) Insufficient floor slope or incorrect drainage direction. 3) Improper installation or inadequate sealing of the drainer.

Solutions: 1) Unclog the pipe: Use a pipe cleaner or disassemble and clean the drainer filter. 2) Adjust slope: Ensure the tray and floor slant toward the floor drain, and re-tile if necessary. 3) Inspect the seal: Reinforce the seal between the drainer

and the drainpipe.
