5. Glass/aluminum scratches or spontaneous glass shattering

Possible causes: 1) Impact from hard objects or scratching by abrasive cleaning tools. 2) Tempered glass not meeting quality standards (e.g., not 3C certified). 3) Improper installation causing uneven pressure on the glass. 4) Significant temperature differences (e.g., from hot and cold water shock).

Solutions: 1) Preventive measures: Choose 3C-certified tempered glass with a safety film and avoid contact with sharp objects. 2) Emergency response: Minor scratches can be polished using glass polish; if shattered, stop using immediately and replace. 3) Professional installation: Ensure expansion joints between the glass and frame to avoid hard compression.

6. Additional tips

1) Daily maintenance: Wipe glass and aluminum with a neutral detergent and avoid strong acidic and alkaline corrosion. 2) Installation advice: Choose trusted brands and have the product installed by certified professionals to reduce future risks. 3) Safety notice: In case of spontaneous glass shattering, first apply a safety film to contain shards, and then contact after-sales service. For complex problems (such as structural water leakage and spontaneous glass shattering), contact FAENZA's professional maintenance personnel to avoid further damage caused by DIY fixes.
