Customer FAQs

1. Cabinet is damp and moldy

Possible causes: Poor water resistance (e.g., ["MDF"]), insufficient bathroom ventilation, and stagnant water not cleaned over time.

Solutions: 1) Choose waterproof materials such as multi-layer solid wood, oak lacquer, or aluminum alloy. 2) Keep the bathroom ventilated after installation, and wipe the cabinet regularly with a dry cloth. 3) Place moisture-absorbing boxes or bamboo charcoal bags inside the cabinet. 4) Design the bathroom with wet and dry separation when possible.

2. Cabinet doors are hard to open/close or make noise

Possible causes: Poor-quality hinges, lack of soft-close design, warping due to moisture, or hardware oxidation.

Solutions: 1) Choose 304 stainless steel hinges with buffering damping for installation. 2) Regularly lubricate hinges and replace parts if deformed.. 3) Avoid overloading the cabinet doors and operate gently.

3. Insufficient or messy storage space

Possible causes: Unreasonable cabinet design, no compartmentalization, and too shallow depth.

Solutions: 1) Choose mirror cabinets combined with base cabinets to maximize vertical storage. 2) Use tiered organizers and drawer dividers. 3) Plan for categorized storage in advance when customizing (e.g., cosmetics, cleaning supplies).

4. Water accumulation/residue on the vanity top

Possible causes: Shallow basin, lack of splash guard, or failure to wipe up water in time.

Solutions: 1) Choose an integrated sintered stone basin or deep ceramic basin (depth ≥ 15 cm). 2) Wipe the vanity top dry promptly after use to avoid scale deposition. 3) Ensure the vanity top is slightly tilted during installation to facilitate drainage.
