Customer FAQs

1. Sudden decrease in water flow

Possible causes: Sediment or debris in the water pipe blocks the filter or scale buildup in the cartridge.

Solutions: 1) Remove the outlet filter, soak it in white vinegar, and then rinse. 2) Check the filter at the hose connection, and gently knock off the impurities. 3) If the cartridge is scaled, contact after-sales for ceramic cartridge replacement.

2. Faucet leakages (at the joints/bottom)

Possible causes: 1) Joint leakage: Aging water-stop tape or loose screws. 2) Bottom leakage: Worn shaft gasket/triangular gasket.

Solutions: 1) Turn off the water and tighten the loose components with a wrench. 2) Replace the water-stop tape or gasket (available at hardware stores).

3) If the leakage persists, replace the faucet with a one-piece forged faucet.

3. Leakage from concealed faucet after installation

Possible causes: The embedded box is not flush with the wall. / Hot/cold water pipes are connected incorrectly. / No pressure test was conducted before tiling.

Solution: 1) Ensure the edge of the embedded box is flush with the tile surface (tolerance ≤ 10 mm) during embedding. 2) Connect hot and cold water pipes according to markings (hot on the left, and cold on the right). 3) Conduct a 10kg water pressure test before tiling to check for any leaks.

4. The washing machine faucet leaks or breaks

Possible causes: Corrosion of zinc alloy body/aging hose/improper connection.

Solutions:

1) Choose a red-punch forged brass faucet. 2) Regularly check and replace the water supply hose (recommended every one or two years).

3) The faucet should be installed higher than the washing machine inlet to avoid insufficient water pressure.
