Wipe with a damp soft cloth and detergent. Be sure to wipe off any residue within three minutes using a wet cloth. Avoid exposing the lid to direct sunlight or putting weight on it while in use.

These areas tend to collect yellow stains and odors. Remove the seat regularly for cleaning. Use a damp soft cloth with detergent, then wipe thoroughly with a clean damp cloth. For narrow spaces, use a cotton swab dipped in detergent.

Use a toilet brush or soft cloth dipped in detergent to clean the inside and rim grooves of the toilet. Do not allow any metal objects to rub against the ceramic surface, including steel wool. Do not use alkaline detergents, as the metal fittings on the ceramic are prone to corrosion and long-term exposure may damage the ceramic finish.

Urine splashed outside the toilet may emit odors once dried. Regular inspection and cleaning of the surrounding floor area are recommended.
