!Precautions

(1) Chargeable service scope:

A. All services outside warranty period (including installation fees for non-installation-inclusive products, old unit removal fees, and repair or replacement of parts specifically stated as user-responsible in the product manual). 。
B. Services caused by non-product quality defects, including those resulting from improper use, maintenance, storage, and external environment.
C. Products lacking the "3R" certificate and purchase invoice, where the warranty period has expired based on the production date.
D. "3R" certificate or purchase invoice mismatch with product model or has been altered.
E. Maintenance or cleaning services during the warranty period.
F. Products excluded from warranty per the company's special regulations.
G. Damage caused by undesignated repair personnel disassembling for repair.

(2) Chargeable items and standards:

Chargeable service items shall specify the product to be repaired, repair items, door-to-door service fees, repair fees, accessory fees, and transportation (mailing) fees. Additional remote fees charged for remote areas.

(3) The distance is defined as the one-way distance from the service station to the user's home. For actual distances within 20 kilometers (including 20 kilometers), no door-to-door service fee will be charged. For distances exceeding 20 kilometers, a remote fee of RMB15 per kilometers will be charged, calculated as one-way distance. For particularly remote areas, the remote fee arrangements shall be negotiated with the service engineer.

(4) The charging coefficient for Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Hangzhou is 1.2, and for Xinjiang and Xizang, it is 1.5.

(5) If the engineer makes an unnecessary trip due to the customer's reasons, RMB50 will be charged as a no-show fee in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou; RMB60 for Xinjiang and Xizang; and RMB40 for other cities.

(6) Products outside the warranty period are eligible for paid repair services (with parts charged according to the manufacturer's suggested fee), the warranty period for repaired components is extended for 90 days from the date of repair, and repairs of the same component within this period shall be free of charge.

(7) For the same product, when repairing multiple components, only the cost of the highest repair item is charged, and fees for multiple components may be collected for multiple accessories.
