(1) Free Service: Products within the warranty period are eligible for free after-sales service.
(2) Charged Service: Products outside the warranty period, or issues within the warranty period caused by non-manufacturing defects or human factors, are not eligible for free service. However, paid services are available from the manufacturer.
(3) Within 7 days (inclusive) of purchase, if a product has a manufacturing defect, the user has the right to request a return, exchange for the same model or a product of equivalent value, or free repair.

(1) Effective from March 1, 2023, consumers purchasing designated models of smart toilets/smart seats will receive a 3-year extension to the original 3-year warranty, resulting in a 6-year warranty period for the whole product (consumables excluded). (2) For smart toilets and smart seats purchased before March 1, 2023, the warranty period is 3 years for the whole product, 5 years for the main body (ceramic body), and 1 year for special components (pre-filter, power supply controller, solenoid valve diaphragm, UV sterilizing lamp, seal ring). Consumables (batteries, foaming agents, filters, etc.) are not covered. Proof of purchase and a warranty card/guarantee card is required. (3) For smart seats purchased by consumers between June 1, 2017, to June 30, 2019, the warranty period is 6 years. Proof of purchase and a warranty card/guarantee card is required. For further details, follow the official WeChat account "FAENZA法恩莎" to contact online customer service.

(4) Effective from June 30, 2023, the warranty period for faucet hardware products purchased by consumers is 5 years. Proof of purchase and a warranty card/guarantee card is required. Products purchased before this date will follow the original warranty plan (original plan: 1-year coverage for rain shower heads, handheld shower heads, hoses, aerators, shower head holders, plastic hoses, pull-out shower heads, drain connection fittings, installation bases; 3-year coverage for other shower heads, faucets, hanging accessories, sinks, angle valves, floor drains, braided hoses, drains, and standard flush valves).

(5) Effective from November 1, 2023 (inclusive), the warranty period for smart mirrors and mirror cabinets purchased by consumers is 3 years. For products purchased before this date, the demisting film, light strip, switch and LED driver of smart mirrors have a 3-year coverage, and non-major components have a 1-year coverage; guide rails, handles, silvered mirrors, lamps and hinges of standard mirror cabinets have a 1-year coverage, and others have a 3-year coverage.

(6) The warranty period commences on the date indicated on the purchase invoice or valid proof of purchase. If the warranty expiration date falls on a public holiday, the validity period shall extend to the next business day.

(7) Valid purchase receipts for warranty commencement include purchase invoices, completed electronic orders, and stamped receipts/sales contracts/delivery notes.

(8) If both the invoice and warranty card are lost without verifiable copies, products with anti-counterfeit codes (barcodes) shall have warranty calculated as 90 days after the displayed production date; products without anti-counterfeit codes (barcodes) or displayed production dates shall be deemed out-of-warranty.

(9) Components replaced during out-of-warranty repairs have a limited 90-day warranty.

(10) During warranty coverage, if the entire product set is replaced (excluding components), the warranty period for the replaced product is recalculated according to the "3R" policy.

(11) During warranty coverage, if a product is discontinued or for under other special reason, the seller shall provide the user with a product or components with equivalent performance and compatible use, ensuring the provision of an appropriate solution.

(12) The above warranty periods are only valid for terminal retail and e-commerce purchases; the warranty period for engineering products shall be subject to the contract requirements.

(1) Product failures caused by unauthorized disassembly or repairs not approved by the manufacturer.
(2) Product failures or damage caused by not following the installation, usage, and maintenance requirements of the instruction manual.
(3) Product damage caused by accidents or human actions (such as drops, excessive pressure, deformation, impact from hard objects, etc.).
(4) Warranty certificate that does not match the product model name or has been altered.
(5) Damage to the product logo, removal or damage to the barcode label, making it unclear or unidentifiable.
(6) Product failures or damage caused by force majeure (such as fires, earthquakes, floods, sudden temperature changes, etc.).

(1) If the product lacks a "3R" warranty certificate, proof of purchase, and a valid anti-counterfeit code, after-sales services will be provided as charged out-of-warranty repairs.
(2) If the warranty period stated on the manufacturer's official website differs from that on the warranty card/guarantee card included with the product, the longer one shall apply. Users must provide valid proof of purchase and the warranty card/guarantee card that came with the product to claim this benefit.
(3) The warranty period for engineering projects (office buildings, shopping malls and other commercial projects) shall be subject to the contract.
(4) The warranty period for repaired components shall be subject to the longer of the remaining warranty period after maintenance, or the remaining warranty period specified in this warranty policy.
